After Dr. Diaz approves a prescription, the 503A pharmacy typically ships within a few business days. Timing varies by medication and shipping method.

Is my consultation confidential?

Yes. Intake, messages, and records are handled as protected health information under our HIPAA Notice.

Do you take insurance?

No. Care is direct-pay. We do not bill insurance. Some lab or consult costs may be HSA/FSA eligible; check with your plan.

Why can't I browse the full formulary?
